Production procedure

ACCEPT OFFER
Once you have accepted our offer online, by email, or by phone, you will receive an email with a link to our production form. The following information is requested in this form:
- Production title
- Artists
- Catalog number (if available)
- Track list with times and pauses
- Delivery address Test pressing
- Delivery address(es) Commercial edition
- Billing address
- Telephone number (also of delivery addresses)
- Requested delivery date
- license status of the songs

DELIVERY OF AUDIO FILES
After you have submitted the form, you will receive another email with a link to your cloud-production folder. Please upload all audio and graphic data there. Please ensure that the audio data for the track list and the graphic data comply with our specifications.

ORDER CONFIRMATION
After receiving the master, we confirm the order and start production.

(GEMA) DELIVERY AUTHORIZATION
We cannot produce test pressings without a distribution license.
You can find the online application for GEMA exemption here.

DELIVERY OF PRINT DATA
To ensure a smooth process, we recommend that you deliver the print data within a maximum of 2 weeks after the start of production.

APPROVE ARTWORK
We will send a correction PDF after checking the data.

DELIVERY TEST PRESSING
Test pressings are always pressed with black vinyl.
Please check the test pressings for the following:
- Engraving
- Sequence
- Possible irregularities during playback
In case of problems, please first compare with the other copies and on different playback systems (pickup, turntable, amplifier, speakers).

DELIVERY SCHEDULING
By arrangement – subject to approval of cover, test pressing and GEMA exemption. Without guarantee.

ACCEPTANCE OF PARCELS
Please refuse to accept damaged parcels and inform us immediately!
We always recommend pallet shipping to avoid transport damage.
